What is the complete process of the Product Purchase from Ginza Mall?

Process of Product Purchase have the simple steps as mentioned below:
1. View the Product details and Add to Cart by selecting the quantity
2. View the Cart and correct the necessary data and Checkout
3. If you are not logged in, Login and go to Checkout Page
4. Check your Shipping Address, Shipping Cost & Package Methods. Correct it if Needed!
5. Finally choose the Payment Option and Pay online
6. Once Payment is done, your product will be shipped to you within the shipping period mentioned.
7. Tracking your product is also possible in mypage area inbetween the shipping process

What is the duration for shipping to India?

Shipping duration is based on the product and duration is mentioned in each and every product.

Case1 : If you select a single product - delivery period is based on the proposed delivery period mentioned in respective product.
Case 2 : If you select multiple products - based onthe package and availability of the products, delivery period might change from the proposed delivery period.

As per the Case 2, while purchasing multiple products you can select which product to be delivered in which period. You can also change the packages according to the products purchased. Additional shipping cost might be charged for the seperate delivery.

How do i reduce the cost of Shipping?

Our Ginza Mall system provides you always the best and cheaper cost for Shipping of your products. In case of a self re-check on it, you can just change the packages and bundles on your product purchase which can show you dynamically the changes in your shipping cost.

How can i check the Delivery status and if needed Cancellation is possible?

Currently Ginza Mall provides a Shipping process Tracking facility according to the Medium of Shipping which you prefer to avail. You can login to mypage in Ginza Mall and you can check the product status in shipping.

Ready to Ship : In this case, you might cancel your order if you want to do so.
Pre-Shipment : In this case, you cannot cancel your order and your product will be delivered in the proposed date at this status level.
Shipped : In this case, your product will be on the way towards you.
Reached : In this case, your product reached your destination and will soon be reaching you.

In case of canellation, your payment will be reversed back with charges on refund process. You can get your refund in the end of that month due to accounting structure which we have and due to paypal payment reversal process.

What is the customs clearance procedure in case of tax?

We have almost custom clearance for all the products. Some of the products might need to be paid Customs fee. These type of products will be pre-mentioned on our product listing and details. Customer while recieving the product has to pay these fees.

What can i do if the delivered product is different from the ordered product?

In this case, you have pack back the product and inform the Ginza Mall Customer care for the problem. Please pack the product with firm & strong package. Ginza mall will take the responsibility of this returning goods charges. Ginza mall will send you, your products as soon as you inform the problem in mail or phone towards Ginza Mall Customer care in the meantime.

How can i process when i recieve a damaged product?

In this case, please pack the damaged pack and please inform the damage report to the Customer care through mail or over phone. So that Ginza Mall can analyse the problem and ship you a new product. You are requested to send back your damaged product back to Ginza Mall. All the shipping cost will be the responsible of Ginza Mall.

In which case, i may not get my money back?

In case of Damage or differential product delivery, your status and the problems will be checked by Ginza Mall. If the reason is not real or in case of fraudulant behaviours in this regards, you money might not be paid back to you and you will be forced against the product cost.

Is there is any "Money Back Guarantee" available for my product if i dont like it after buying?

As we are genuine and we have customers all over the world, we are providing always a better prospects with the customers. As per now, there is no "Money Back Guarantee" schemes available. If any product which has its own "Money Back Gurantee", the policies will be applied for that particular product.

Incase if i prefer to buy a second hand product from Ginza Mall, will it be guaranteed to be Geniuine?

Apart from new product sales, we are also selling Second hand products or Ancient Antique products in our Website. Please confirm the Products current status and the original photos of the Product which is in the Details page. Please be satisfied and understand all the necessary clauses before buying the products.
